What is the IF: Gathering?
This yearly conference is hosted by IF: Gathering creator Jennie Allen and her team in Fort Worth, TX and live streamed all over the world. You’ll hear from nationally renowned speakers that will help disciple you and take a step towards God. While the live event was already held in March, we’ll be streaming the same material to hold an “IF:Local”. This just means that instead of traveling to Texas, you only have to travel down the road to gather and worship with other women who want to hear from God and be encouraged to make a difference. You’ll still get the same high-quality experience!
IF:GATHERING exists to equip women with gospel-centered resources, events, and community so they may learn more about who God is and disciple other women right where they are. We gather, because we need each other. We equip, because we need to understand who God is, and we unleash you to your places because you are the most effective way to spread the message and hope of Jesus Christ.

Frequently asked Questions
Is there a cost to attend?
Yes- the cost is $50 for the weekend. This covers the IF: Gathering conference fee, meals, and snacks. If cost is preventing you from attending, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. We want every woman to attend, regardless of ability to pay.
Do I stay the night?
No. This is not an “overnight” event at the church. If you’re coming from out of town, or just want a night away, there are several nice hotels in the Mayfield Heights area.
Can I invite a friend (or my daughter, or sister, or …) ?
Yes! This retreat is open to all women from teens to mature adults. There will not be childcare, however, so we do not recommend bringing young children. It is important for those who plan to attend to sign up, though, so that we can prepare enough food and small groups.
I’m excited! How can I get involved more?
While there is NO pressure to help out, we are looking for volunteers to help in a variety of ways. If you’d like more information on how to volunteer at the event, please check the appropriate box on the registration form.
How do I register?
Registration will open Sunday September 10, 2023. At that time, you’ll scroll down to the “Register Here” button and fill out the Google form.
How do I Pay?
There are several ways to pay:
1. At church- cash or check. Please make checks payable to Velocity Church. Place your payment in an offering envelope with your name on it and note “Women’s Retreat” anywhere on the envelope. Place the envelope in the black offering box, at the back of the worship center.
2. Snail Mail- cash or check. Payments can be mailed to: Velocity Church PO Box 21089 South Euclid, OH 44121. Please make sure to include your name and “Women’s Retreat” in the memo line.
3. Online- Click on the link below, or go to VelocityCleveland.org/give. Click on “Submit a One Time Gift”. Choose the South Euclid- Lyndhurst campus, and use the “Adult Retreats” designation.
