Scott is the Lead Pastor at Velocity Church. He is also the founder and director of Love Cleveland – a non-profit organization that helps meet the needs of the at-risk children in Cleveland, OH. He is author of three books – My New Church, Children Matter and The Church Next Door.

Before starting Velocity, Scott was a Youth Pastor for 13 years. He spent 7 years at a super cool church in Tollesboro, KY (Yep! Tollesboro. That’s right next to Ribolt and Rectorville.) He spent another 6 years at High Point Christian Church in Clinton, OH.

Scott is married to his wife Vanessa and they have two amazing adult children. In his spare time, Scott loves going on long bicycles rides. Some of his favorite trails include the GAP Trail and the Mickelson Trail.
