Student Drop Off & Pick Up Schedule:

Departing: We are leaving from the Velocity parking lot Friday, November 4th at 5:00 p.m. Please arrive early so that we can depart on time. 

Pick Up: Sunday, November 6th around 11:45 a.m. PARENTS: We are arriving at this time so that parents who attend Velocity can attend 2nd service and be reunited to their students after service, right as the parking lot begins to clear out.

Basic Order of Events 

Friday:  Depart from Velocity, Arrive at Stony Glen, Unpack, Eat, Evening Service, and hang… 

Saturday: Tons of food, tons of fun, tons of opportunities for spiritual growth

Sunday: Beg students to wake up, pack the vehicles, eat breakfast, closing thoughts, head home




  • NO ONE IS PERMITTED TO LEAVE the retreat center without a leader present. Anyone caught doing so will have their parents called to be picked up immediately. 



  • Enough clothes for two days/nights – please don’t over pack
  • Sleeping bag or twin sized bedding and a pillow
  • Toiletries – toothbrush/toothpaste, soap, deodorant, etc.
  • Towel 
  • Suncreen- Weather permiting 
  • Bug Spray 



  • Firearms (including paintball, airsoft, and BB Guns)
  • Knives
  • Fireworks
  • Shaving Cream (unless you shave)
  • Tobacco products
  • Pornography
  • Drugs or alcohol
  • You DO NOT need to bring extra money. 
  • Clothes with vulgar slogans or drug/ alcohol references
    • Girls – Be modest in how you dress. If you have any questions, please see Amani.
    • Guys – Bring a belt. We do not want to see your underwear.  Keep your pants pulled up.



What is the cost for Road Trip: SMASH Summer Retreat?

The cost to go to Fall Retreat is $75 per person. This is paid in one installment due by October 30th. For families with siblings, the first child pays full price and each additional sibling pays $50 ($25 reduction per each additional sibling).   

We do not want anyone to miss out on this fun week because of money. If you are in need of a scholarship (full or partial), please contact:

Scholarships are available to everyone who may need one.  

Where does my student sleep?

We will be staying in cabins. They are nice enough to keep your kids cool/warm and comfortable, but not so nice that they’ll forget about home.

Where do we eat?

As part of your registration fee, all of your meals while at camp will be provided by the camp’s kitchen staff. Your student may bring snacks for the car ride or to keep in the cabins for between meals.  

*There is a place on the sign up form to specify allergies and other needs concerning food.

What about my student’s medicines?

The group leader(s) will need to take responsibility for the administration of any medicines to your student(s). We will take care of any needs you may have. Please contact Nate Diamond before the trip so arrangements can be made. (216) 562-9232 //

How do I register?

You simply fill out the google form on this website below. You will want to fill this out ASAP as it secures your student’s spot. The next step will be to pay the $75 cost of camp (Due by October 30th) or to contact Nate for a scholarship. This payment can be made using this website as well – just click “pay” below.
