Vanessa grew up in North Hill, a neighborhood of Akron, Ohio. She is passionate about leadership development and empowering people to reach their fullest potential. Nothing brings her happiness like watching those around her succeed. She serves in an office administrative role at Velocity. She also leads our monthly Impact Team Leaders meetings and one of our Fuel Groups. Vanessa loves watching documentaries, coaching softball, reading autobiographies and is the self proclaimed Cleveland Cavs Team Mom.
