After giving her life to Christ, Christina was called to serve at Velocity. She was called to use the gift of her voice to help people find and draw near to God. She joined the worship team, and went full steam ahead! She believes that every person’s soul has a preference as to how it wants to be fed. She believes that music can be that soul food! Creating an atmosphere for God to come and dwell is extremely important, which is why she strives for excellence in all that she does. In addition to her love to draw people near to God, she enjoys sharing her life’s testimony with others to show them that through God truly all things are possible. Christina is a firm believer in the transformative abilities of God, paying attribute to all He has brought her through, and knows that His purpose and will for our lives can be lived out daily if we trust and stay faithful.
When Christina is not serving, she is a dedicated mother of 5, wife of 10 years, wrestling mom, and fitness enthusiast. She enjoys planning and executing events/activities within her children’s busy lives. She also enjoys nature walks and Zumba! There’s nothing Christina likes to do more than to curl up on the couch with warm blanket and watch a movie with her husband or walk barefoot through any and every patch of grass possible.
