- We believe the Bible is inspired and empowered by God. It will never fail you and is always the most beneficial authority for a person’s life. (II Timothy 3:16-17, II Peter 1:20-21)
- We believe in one, eternal God who exists as three separate persons: The Father, The Son & The Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4, II Corinthians 13:14)
- We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God, born of a virgin, lived a sinless life as He walked among men, demonstrated the authority and power of God in works and speech, died on the cross, rose from the dead on the third day, and is now seated at the right hand of God having accomplished all that is necessary for man’s salvation. (Matthew 16:16, Isaiah 7:14, Matthew 28:5-10)
- We believe the Bible teaches that you must be born again in order to participate in a Spirit-led life that makes His Wisdom known to every believer who asks. Being born again is accomplished when a person repents of sin and by faith receives the finished work of Christ by confessing Him as Lord with their mouth and believing in their heart that God has raised Jesus from the dead. We believe that once a person believes that Jesus Christ is God’s son and they confess him as Lord of their life they should be baptized into Christ. (Acts 2:38, Mark 16:16, Romans 10:9-10)
- We believe the Holy Spirit is actively working to empower believers to live a godly life. (Acts 2)
- We believe in the imminent return of Jesus and that those who have believed in Him will be resurrected to a heavenly dwelling in an incorruptible body, and those who do not believe will join Satan and his followers in punishment. (John 5:28-29, John 11:25-26, I Thessalonians 4:13-18)
